Delivery & setup, explained
We deliver nationwide, and we set up what we deliver. Delivery is quickest in Kigali; other regions take a little longer — we'll always tell you the estimated window before you pay.
How it works
- You place your order and choose your region and whether you want setup.
- We call to confirm your order and delivery details.
- Delivery is scheduled within the estimated window for your region.
- On arrival, our team completes setup if you selected it — e.g. mounting and connecting a TV, or unboxing and setting up a computer.

Fees and timelines are indicative and confirmed by phone before dispatch. Rural areas may take longer than the estimate above.
What "setup" includes
- TVs: wall-mount or stand placement, cable connection, and a basic smart-app walkthrough.
- Computers: unboxing, power-on setup, and connecting peripherals.
- Appliances: placement and installation appropriate to the appliance (e.g. fridge levelling, washing machine hook-up).
- Radios & small electronics: unboxing and basic function check.
