1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Twizere Electronics website to browse or purchase products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and stock information are accurate, but errors can occur — if an error affects your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

3. Payment

We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo), card payment, and cash on delivery, as offered at checkout. Orders paid by Mobile Money or card are confirmed once payment is verified; cash on delivery orders are confirmed on order placement.

4. Delivery & setup

We deliver nationwide. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and on the Delivery & Setup page are estimates, not guarantees — rural and non-Kigali deliveries may take longer. Setup/installation is available for selected product types and is optional at checkout.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Twizere Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, beyond the value of the relevant order.
